The brief

As a new real estate group, the Gems Group needed to capture the attention of home buyers in an impactful way. From a business perspective, the offering was all aces – it only needed the right communication. The client approached us with a simply stated objective, ‘set the platform for Gems Group as an ambitious new developer with the legs to go the distance.’

The work

Foremost, our task was to develop the right communication platform for Gems City. This we achieved by choosing to pair ‘beauty of living’ with the much adored former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen. Our brand ambassador gave the communication the wheels it needed to capture the attention of home-buyers in Kolkata, and the message of ‘Beautiful Living’ paired with affordable prices worked beautifully to deliver very impressive results.

During the lockdown we were compelled to do everything at home - from conducting meetings to attending classes, consulting the doctor, even working out. With this lockdown campaign for 2020, Gems City brings into focus the importance of comfortable living spaces and reminds home buyers that, in a gated community, a home is beyond its four walls.

The campaign’s static visuals were supported with animated versions and helped Gems City achieve some of the highest number of bookings in the Jun - Oct period of 2020.

OUTCOMES

Since its launch, Gems City has emerged as South Kolkata’s fastest selling residential property.
